Booz Allen's sponsorship program
Booz Allen's Strategic Innovation Group created a new program to help rising talent receive the opportunities they needed through a sponsorship pairing. Senior leaders got matched with mid-level managers to foster opportunities for growth and to make strategic introductions.
The program needed a name that spoke to unity through diversity. Age, demographics, ranks were all brought together to create something robust and beautiful that hadn't been seen before at the firm. I worked with a small team to name the project A Common Thread and to write engaging copy for the tapestry of sponsors and proteges.
