Challenge

Guyana Logistics and Support Services faced the challenge of rebranding amidst the backdrop of Guyana's emerging oil industry. With a crucial role in managing logistics and support operations for multinational oil companies like Exxon Mobil, they needed a brand that would not only differentiate them in a competitive market but also emphasize their ethical standards in a region with a high corruption index.

WaterKress Creative undertook a comprehensive (full) rebranding initiative for Guyana Logistics and Support Services. This included developing a strategic brand platform that highlighted their commitment to ethical business practices and reliability including conducting a Mission/Vision/Values session with board members in 3 continents. After understanding their industry and values, WaterKress created a climate-friendly logo that subtly incorporated elements of the Guyanese flag, establishing a corporate but Caribbean color palette, and designing branded iconography and a library of branded photography. Additionally, WaterKress crafted a full suite of print collateral and digital assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Results

Through WaterKress Creative's strategic rebranding efforts, GLASS successfully positioned themselves as a trustworthy and ethical partner in the oil and gas industry. The new brand identity allowed them to stand out prominently among competitors, fostering increased trust and credibility with their target market. They now possess solid collateral, including a comprehensive brand book, which serves as a guide for maintaining brand consistency in all future communications and creative endeavors. This rebrand not only enhanced their market presence but also established a strong foundation for sustained growth and reputation management in Guyana's evolving oil sector.
